Mai Huynh operates a nail salon inside Sherwood Forest Mall. She was arriving to open her business around 8 a.m. As she was walking from her car she noticed a women in her vehicle talking on a cell phone. Huynh says the woman was in the parking lot, facing towards the mall at about 50 meters away when she started to speed towards the wall.
