Police in Sarnia, Ont., have released a new photo of the alleged gunman who remains at large following a fatal shooting at Lambton College last week. As previously reported by CTV News, at 12:52 a.m. on April 10, police were called to a Lambton College campus bar for a report of gunfire. Upon arrival, police located three injured people — one with life-threatening injuries and two with non-life-threatening injuries. Despite lifesaving efforts at the scene and in the hospital, 20-year-old Dane Nisbet was later pronounced deceased. The primary suspect in this murder investigation has been identified as Kyaw “Chin” Doe, 24, who Sarnia police say is believed to be actively evading arrest. An updated photo of Doe from March 2026 was released by police on Wednesday, but police caution he may be attempting to alter his appearance and clothing. The investigation and search for Doe remain ongoing. Three people have already been charged in connection with Nisbet’s death. Oudom (Richard) Bun, 23, of London, Ont., was arrested in London over the weekend and faces charges of second‑degree murder and two counts of attempted murder. Ava‑Leigh Lightheart, 19, of Sarnia, and Johnathan Osborne‑Walsh, 19, also of Sarnia, face several charges in connection with the case. Police say Osborne‑Walsh became involved after the fact.
