A federal offender known to frequent several locations including London, Windsor and Cambridge, is wanted by police. The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) squad is asking for the public’s help locating Edward Seery, 45, wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his statutory release. Seery is described as an Indigenous man, five-foot-10 and 251 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has several tattoos, including “519” and a skull with a helmet on his right forearm, “OMEGA” on his left hand, “ALPHA” on his right hand, a shamrock with a skull on his upper back, a soldier on his right forearm and a cross on his left upper arm. He also has a scar above his left knee and one on his left ear. Seery is serving a three-year sentence for possession of a Schedule I or II substance for the purpose of trafficking. He is also known to frequent Cayuga, Delhi, Simcoe, Hamilton and Six Nations. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Provincial R.O.P.E.
