The Blue Water Bridge was closed leaving Canada due to a vehicle fire for several hours Tuesday morning, but has since reopened. All Highway 402 lanes were closed at the Blue Water Bridge in Point Edward after a garbage truck caught fire around 6 a.m. Tuesday. No injuries were reported. Updates to come as they are available.
