After months of court appearances and legal wrangling all charges against Feiyang (Astrid) Ji, 22, have been dropped by the Crown. Ji was released on bail in March after being arrested in January with three other former Western University students. Her defence lawyer Nicola Circelli told CTV News, “She was facing a total of eleven charges and all of them have been dismissed.” Ji had been charged along with three males after London Police raided a home on Chesham Place in January during a firearms and explosives investigation. The house was searched for days by investigators following a break-in at Western University. The three remaining accused, Jerry Tong, 27, Fei Han,26, and Zekun Wang, 27, are all expected in court later this month to possibly set a date for a preliminary hearing.
