An investigation is underway after OPP in Grey Bruce seized 63 trailers and 10 passenger vehicles from an address in Chatsworth Township. On Jan. 15, police from different OPP teams and units used a search warrant at a property on Sideroad 5 where they seized the vehicles and property, worth $2.6 million. A 41 year old Grand Valley is facing dozens of charges in connection to the ongoing investigation. A total of four tractor-trailer trucks, 63 commercial motor vehicle trailers and 10 passenger vehicles in various stages of disassembly were found. Charges against the suspect include 51 counts of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, eight counts of altering/destroying/removing a vehicle identification number, and eight counts of fraudulent concealment.
