Jolly Rancher Mac & Cheesecake Ice Cream

125g hard candy Jolly Ranchers
400 g elbow macaroni
3 L unsalted water

1 pint of cheesecake ice cream
1 cup cinnamon toast crunch cereal

(For cheesecake drizzle)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup crumbled cheesecake
1 cup water
4 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp lemon juice

Combine macaroni, candy and water and heat to boil. One at boil turn to simmer. Once candy has dissolved and water has evaporated to level with the macaroni remove from heat. Empty to large bowl and let cool. Macaroni should be gummi but not over cooked

For the drizzle.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Scoop ice cream and top with cereal, Jolly Rancher Mac and drizzle.
