Some of Hollywood's biggest stars have health and fitness expert Dalton Wong to thank for their top-notch physiques.

The Canadian-born trainer spoke with CTV's Canada AM on Tuesday about some of his high-profile clients and why leading a healthier lifestyle can take as little as 15 minutes of effort a day.

Wong on 'Oscar-worthy' Jennifer Lawrence 

Jennifer Lawrence trained extensively with Wong while getting ready for her role as Mystique in X Men: First class.

"She Oscar-worthy in four things: eating well, exercise, lifestyle skills and stress management," Wong said. "She looks amazing on the red carpet and she's fantastic at her job."

Working with 'Game of Thrones' stars

Wong's A-list clientele includes "Game of Thrones" stars Kit Harrington and Gwendoline Christie.

While on the show Christie is often shown either riding a horse or fighting, “she also wants to looks glamorous on the red carpet," he said.

Happier and healthier in 15 minutes

Wong says his new book "The Feelgood Plan", allows for chocolate and the occasional glass of wine, while making room for 15-minute bursts of exercise throughout the day.

"It's easily accessible to everybody," he said.
