A woman has been arrested and police are looking for another suspect as part of a bank card fraud investigation. The Waterloo Reigonal Police Service was told about the fraudulent use of a bank card on Aug. 1. The card was used by two people to buy over $400 worth of merchandise from a business on Highland Road West in Kitchener. A 40-year-old Kitchener woman was arrested on Sept. 25. She was charged with unauthorized use of a credit card. Police are also looking for a man, 40-year-old Ramone Cooper, who they believe may be involved.
