Haldimand County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating following a two-vehicle collision near Cayuga, Ont. OPP announced in a social media post around 9:15 p.m. Friday that Haldimand Road 9 had closed between 4th and 5th Line due to the incident. The nature of the crash is unknown at this time. Investigators said one person was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Officials did not reveal the extent of injury to anyone else involved as of 10:50 a.m. Saturday. Police said Haldimand Road 9 between 4th and 5th Line reopened around 1:45 a.m. The investigation remains ongoing.
