Two people suffered serious injuries after their motorcycle crashed in Cambridge on Wednesday night. First responders were called to Ainslie Street North and Water Street North around 6:50 p.m. Waterloo Regional Police said the bike was seen travelling at a high rate of speed, and erratically, before the driver lost control. The two people on the motorcycle were taken to a local hospital. The driver, a 49-year-old man, was charged with impaired operation, operation while over 80 and dangerous operation causing bodily harm, as well as other offences under the Highway Traffic Act.
