A driver from Paris is facing several charges after they climbed behind the wheel without vehicle insurance or licence plates. The Ontario Provincial Police stopped the driver on Grand River Street North near Silver Street on Sunday around 8:30 p.m. The 20-year-old driver was charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance, driving without licence plates, operating an unsafe vehicle and having control of a vehicle with cannabis in open baggage.
