Police are investigating a suspicious death that occurred in northeast Edmonton Saturday night. Officers responded to a weapons complaint around 8:40 p.m. in the area of 160A Avenue and 83 Street where they found a 22-year-old man dead. A 53-year-old woman was also located with serious, life-threatening injuries. She was treated and taken to hospital. Police have arrested a 25-year-old man in connection to the incident. The homicide section has since taken over the investigation and believe the victims and the suspect were known to one another. An autopsy has yet to be scheduled.
