Tae Seong Lee purchased the winning Lotto Max ticket in south Edmonton and matched all numbers to win the jackpot. “I’ve always dreamed of this day,” he said in a press release on Friday. “But when I first found out, I couldn’t quite believe it and had to scan again!” His plans for the money include paying off his mortgage, replacing his vehicle, and visiting his mom in Korea.
