A 63-year-old man has been arrested and charged with sexual assault and indecent act-related charges. On Tuesday just before 2 p.m., police were called to the 9400 block of Esplanade Drive with a report of a man making sexual gestures towards a grade school. Police said before they arrived on scene, the suspect left and was not found. Around three hours later, another report was made that the same suspect went back to a park in the area, allegedly exposing himself to a mother and her two-year-old child. Officers said the suspect was quickly arrested. The man has been identified as wanted in connection with a sexual assault at the same park on Oct. 9. The suspect is charged with sexual assault, exposing sexual organs to a person under 16, and two counts of committing an indecent act in a public place.
