Highway 2 south of Leduc was closed for several hours Wednesday after a four-vehicle crash involving two semis. RCMP issued a media release at 2:39 p.m. saying the crash near Township Road 492 had closed the highway northbound between Glenpark Road and Highway 2A. On Thursday, RCMP said the crash involved two passenger vehicles and two semis. Only minor injuries were reported. The highway was closed for several hours to clean up spilled diesel; it reopened fully Wednesday night.
