TORONTO - Canuck stars Jason Priestley, Catherine O'Hara, Hugh Dillon and Alan Thicke are among the celebs set to appear at the Gemini Awards next month.

  Theone-hour bash will also feature appearances from All Saints singer and "Cover Me Canada" host Nicole Appleton, and Callum Keith Rennie from "Shattered."

Other guests include Yannick Bisson from "Murdoch Mysteries," Craig Olejnik from "The Listener" and Olympic figure skater and "Battle of the Blades" contestant Marie-France Dubreuil.

The Geminis celebrate the best of Canadian television with a gala Sept. 7 hosted by comic Russell Peters.

Dillon's cop series "Flashpoint" leads the drama nominees with 17 nods while Priestley's racy program "Call Me Fitz" leads the sitcoms with 16.

Priestley says he's thrilled to see widespread recognition for his Nova Scotia-based cast and crew and is looking forward to the celebration in Toronto.

Before the broadcast, comic Tom Green will host a behind-the-scenes show online called the "Tom Green Room," featuring celeb interviews.
