TORONTO - Canadian music producer David Foster and Dutch model Yolanda Hadid are engaged.
The 15-time Grammy winner has been married three times previously.
His engagement to Hadid was confirmed by a spokesperson on Monday after the New York Post reported over the weekend that Foster proposed at a friend's house during the holidays.
The 61-year-old Foster has five children from his previous marriages, the most recent of which -- to actress and former beauty queen Linda Thompson -- broke up in 2005.
The Oscar-nominated hitmaker has collaborated with Michael Buble, Celine Dion, Josh Groban and Seal, while he's recently been working with 10-year-old "America's Got Talent" discovery Jackie Evancho and Filipina singer Charice Pempengco.
Hadid, meanwhile, has three children from her marriage to real estate developer Mohamed Hadid.
