Days after Jian Ghomeshi was named one of Canada's top newsmakers of 2014, the disgraced CBC radio personality remains mum on his charges. But those hoping to hear old 'Q' episodes can find them online again.

In a statement posted to CBC's website on Tuesday, the broadcaster says back episodes of the show will not be pulled from their website.

"The resounding message from the audience was, in short: while it's understandable that Q won’t be re-broadcasting old episodes featuring former host Jian Ghomeshi, they should remain available to those who actively seek them out online."

Ghomeshi has been charged with four counts of sexual assault and one count of overcome resistance – choking. His lawyer, Marie Henein, told reporters last month that he will be pleading not guilty. She added that her client would not be making any further statements to the media.

Ghomeshi, who was dismissed on Oct. 26 after CBC saw "graphic evidence" that he had allegedly harmed a woman, appears to be keeping his end of that bargain.

The 47-year-old was spotted at a downtown Toronto condo building on Tuesday by a CP24 reporter. When asked about the allegation of physical and sexual assault against him, Ghomeshi remained mum as he waited for an elevator.

Nine women have come forward with allegations of assault, with many speaking anonymously to the media. At least three women have filed complaints to police. None of the allegations have been proven in court.
