Calgary police say a pedestrian has been seriously injured after a collision in the city’s northeast. Police say they were called to the scene of 16 Avenue and Edmonton Trail N.E. just before 8 p.m. on Thursday. They say the pedestrian was taken to hospital after a collision with a vehicle. In an update later Thursday night, police said the patient’s condition was upgraded to stable. No further information was immediately available.
