Calgary saw 1,526 homes sold last month, according to the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB). It’s a year-over-year decline of more than 11 per cent. According to CREB, Calgary continued to see market conditions vary by property type, with detached and semi-detached properties seeing the tightest conditions. The benchmark price for a detached home in Calgary was $734,300 in February, while the benchmark for semi-detached was $682,200. CREB says row homes saw slightly higher supply levels relative with demand, but remained relatively balanced.
