Two campgrounds in Banff National Park have been closed after grizzly bears entered campsites and investigated tents and gear. Parks Canada says the Hidden Lake Campground closure took effect Oct. 1, while the Baker Lake Campground closure took effect Oct. 5 to reduce risk to visitors and the bear. Parks Canada says anyone who violates the closures could be charged under the Canada National Parks Act and face a maximum penalty of $25,000. CTV News has reached out to Parks Canada for more information.
