Did you just win $15M? Best check your Lotto Max tickets, Calgary

Right now, somewhere in Calgary, there could be a Lotto Max ticket worth $15 million.

Maybe it’s folded up in your wallet, or crumpled up in your pocket.

Maybe you stuffed it into your vehicle’s glove box, or left it in whatever receptacle you use for key rings and loose change in at home.

It could be, because it was purchased somewhere in the city.

Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) issued a release on Wednesday urging everyone to check their tickets.

“Last night was a big night for one lottery ticketholder in Alberta," WCLC said.

“A ticket purchased somewhere in Calgary won $15 million on LOTTO MAX!

“The $15-million winning numbers were: 3, 4, 5, 12, 22, 32 and 34 (exact match only).”

According to WCLC, a ticket purchased somewhere in Edmonton won $100,000 on the May 26 Extra draw.

“We want to hear from the winners,” WCLC said.

The prize claim process can be started by calling 1-800-665-3313, and WCLC says the lucky Albertans have one year to claim their winnings.
