Police in Newmarket are hoping to confirm the well-being of a woman who went missing earlier this month. York Regional Police say the family of the missing woman - Regan (no surname provided) - last heard from her on Thurs., Aug. 14 around 11 p.m. She has no fixed address but police say she is known to frequent downtown Toronto. They say the 23-year-old hasn’t returned any messages or phone calls in nearly two weeks sparking concern among her family and the authorities. Regan is described as being four feet and eight inches tall with brown hair and brown eyes. It’s unknown what she was last wearing.
