Provincial police recovered approximately $9,000 worth of stolen property stolen from an Orangeville store. On July 18, at about 9:50 a.m., Dufferin Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called after a break and enter at the First Street Canadian Tire in Orangeville. Staff told police that that several storage containers behind the store had been broken into overnight. Police soon identified a suspect and his vehicle on surveillance footage. Police located the GMC Yukon, and arrested the driver on Thursday. During the arrest, he was found to be in possession of drugs. Police subsequently executed a search warrant at a home in Orangeville and a second address in East Garafraxa.
