York Regional Police (YRP) is expecting more victims to come forward after a Bradford man was charged with voyeurism. They YRP’s District Criminal Investigations Bureau is appealing for people to contact them regarding its voyeurism investigation in Markham. Robin Cleland, 44, of Bradford faces five counts of voyeurism. Police became aware of a hidden camera inside a women’s washrooms in late February. One of the washrooms included the suspect’s employer in Markham. It became evident that the voyeur also had videos of people engaging in sexual acts, however, police say it isn’t clear if the people were aware they were being filmed. The videos contained time stamps dating back several years. York police are releasing an image of the accused as they believe there may be additional victims and are encouraging anyone with information to come forward.
