Five people face charges after police executed search warrants at residences in Bradford and Shelburne this month as part of a multi-jurisdictional drug investigation. Officers with several OPP detachments, the K9 unit and South Simcoe police, launched the investigation in the fall, which culminated in the search warrants being carried out over the last week. Police say the officers seized several drugs and firearms, including a Glock 36, .45 caliber, loaded with 6 rounds, a Mossberg 590 pump-action shotgun, cocaine, fentanyl, $8,000 in Canadian cash, and drug trafficking paraphernalia. A man and a woman from Bradford, and a man and a woman from Shelburne, along with a man from Dysart, all in their 30s, face weapons and drug-related charges.
