Two Nova Scotians are facing cocaine trafficking charges after Prince Edward Island police seized drugs in Charlottetown on Tuesday. The RCMP arrested Jamal Jason Downey from Dartmouth and Johanna Beals from Halifax in a vehicle just before 6 p.m. Officers searched the vehicle and found: Police say Downey and Beals were both charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, trafficking of cocaine and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
