Prince Edward Island is offering free financial workshops to older residents this fall. The workshops, which cover financial programs and benefits, are free to anyone age 55 and older, according to a news release from the province. “These workshops are a chance to connect with knowledgeable staff, get answers to questions, and learn about supports that can make a real difference in everyday life,” said Minister of Social Development and Seniors Barb Ramsay in a news release. “We want Islanders to feel informed, supported, and confident they’re accessing the programs and services that can help them live well and remain independent.” The workshops will be held on: For more P.E.I. news, visit our dedicated provincial page.
