A 26-year-old man was arrested after allegedly crashing a stolen vehicle into a ditch in Richmond, P.E.I., on Wednesday morning. The RCMP says they responded to a report of the stolen vehicle in Emerald around 7:40 a.m. They then received several complaints about the vehicle “being driven in a dangerous manner,” according to a news release. At roughly 9 a.m., police received a report that the vehicle had crashed into a ditch in Richmond. The driver fled the scene on foot, but officers quickly found and arrested him.
