A woman who lost her job due to Nova Scotia’s recent budget cuts has been offered a new position with Autism Nova Scotia. Holly Nauss has been making jewelry for 15 years, but that work was ended when the provincial government cut $130 million in grants, including employment support for Autism Nova Scotia. The government reversed many of those cuts, but Nauss’s job was still up in the air until she was offered a new role with the organization.
