Wanted Eastern Passage man arrested: N.S. RCMP

Police say a Nova Scotia man wanted on a provincewide warrant has been arrested.

Last Thursday, the RCMP said it was looking for Unique Allan Shay Toney-MacEachern.

The 22-year-old man from Eastern Passage is facing the following charges:

• failure to comply with a release order (three counts)
• failure to comply with a probation order (two counts)

The RCMP said in an update Monday that Toney-MacEachern has been found and arrested.

Police did not release any details about his arrest.
