Two people have been fined for allegedly stunting near Mount Hope Avenue in Dartmouth, N.S., earlier this week. Halifax Regional Police says an officer spotted a vehicle driving 133 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on Highway 111 around 9 a.m. on Monday. A 30-year-old man received a stunting ticket under the Motor Vehicle Act. The man was also fined $237.50 for allegedly violating regulations on vehicle equipment standards. On Wednesday, police say an officer spotted another vehicle driving 138 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on Highway 111 around 9:20 a.m. A 30-year-old woman received a stunting ticket and a $237.50 for allegedly failing to obey a peace officer.
