The Nova Scotia RCMP has charged a third person with first-degree murder in connection to the death of Steven Boudreau. Police arrested Shelby Ann Vienneau, 24, at a Wilmot residence on Thursday. She was scheduled to appear in Kentville Provincial Court to face the charge of first-degree murder on Friday. Cody Reid Palmer and Travis Shaun Jennings have also been charged with first-degree murder in relation to Boudreau’s death. Boudreau, 61, was reported missing from Hopewell on April 19. His remains were found in May. Police arrested and charged Palmer, 29, in Torbrook on May 20. They later arrested Jennings, 36, in East Dalhousie on June 22. Jennings was also charged with kidnapping as part of the investigation, but a different victim is associated with this charge. All three suspects are in custody.
