The Nova Scotia RCMP has arrested a 39-year-old woman for impaired driving after she allegedly drove on the wrong side of the highway last week. Officers responded to reports of a vehicle travelling westbound on Highway 104 in the eastbound lanes near Salt Springs around 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 18. Police found and stopped the vehicle on the highway in Upper Nappan, according to an RCMP news release. The driver from Pictou County went to the Amherst RCMP Detachment where she allegedly provided breath samples of 200 mg% and 190 mg%. The woman is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
