A man is facing weapons-related charged following an incident involving a BB gun in downtown Halifax. Halifax Regional Police responded to the 5500 block of Cogswell Street around 4 p.m. Monday. Police say it was reported that a man had threatened another man with a firearm. Officers found and arrested the suspect in the area. No injuries were reported. Police say they seized a replica BB handgun during their investigation. Brad Mullen is scheduled to appear in Halifax provincial court on Tuesday.
