A 45-year-old man is facing voyeurism charges after police found a hidden electronic device in a Lawtons Drugs washroom in Bedford, N.S., two months ago. According to the Halifax Regional Police, an officer responded to the reported electronic device at the store on 965 Bedford Highway around 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 15. Police arrested the suspect on Nov. 13. He is scheduled to appear in court in December to face multiple voyeurism charges. Police say an officer responded to a report of a hidden electronic device in the washroom of the same Lawtons Drugs around 5:20 p.m. on May 31, 2024. The device was found to be inoperable.
