A busy Dartmouth, N.S., roadway was closed for a portion of Thursday’s rush hour commute following a collision. Halifax Regional Police says emergency crews were called to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Main Street and Ridgecrest Drive just after 4 p.m. All occupants in both vehicles suffered serious injuries and were taken to the hospital, however police did not confirm the number of people involved in the crash. Police say traffic was blocked for about two hours on Main Street between Brigadoon Avenue and Ridgecrest Drive as officers investigated what happened.
