A motorcyclist has died following a collision in northwest London. Emergency crews responded to a crash involving a motorcycle and a motor vehicle near Fanshawe Park Road West and Aldersbrook Gate at about 6:20 p.m. on Sunday. London police said the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s identity has not been released. Roads in the area were closed for several hours while emergency crews investigated, but have since reopened. Police said the driver of the motor vehicle remained at the scene. The investigation has been reassigned to the London Police Service’s Road Safety Section and remains ongoing. Investigators are asking anyone who was in the area between 6:10 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Sunday and may have witnessed the collision to contact police. Officers are also seeking dashcam footage, as well as residential or business surveillance video that may have captured the incident.
