Police in Cape Breton are investigating the use of counterfeit money. The Cape Breton Regional Police says several counterfeit $20 bills have been used at retail shops over the past week within the Cape Breton Regional Municipality. “These bills are not stamped with a hologram and have similar serial numbers beginning with HXD7015,” reads a news release from the force.
