One person was found dead following a fire in Fredericton. According to the Fredericton Fire Department, emergency crews were called Friday for reports of smoke coming from a building on Valleyview Street. When firefighters arrived on scene, they were able to quickly extinguish the fire. Officials said one male was found dead inside the residence. They did not provide any other details, including the person’s age. The cause of death is under investigation.
