A 25-year-old man has been charged with dangerous driving causing death in connection to a car crash that left two teenagers dead and one in critical condition in Moncton earlier this week. Dominic Marshall appeared in court on Wednesday via tele-remand and was charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death and two counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm, according to Cpl. Luc Picard with the Codiac Regional RCMP. Marshall was remanded into custody and is scheduled to return to court on Friday. Emergency crews responded to the reported collision involving two vehicles at the Berry Mills and Zack roads intersection around 7:25 p.m. on Monday. Police believe a car crossed the centre line and crashed head-on with an SUV. A 16-year-old girl and an 18-year-old man who were passengers in the car died at the scene, according to police. A 16-year-old boy went to hospital in critical condition and a 14-year-old boy reportedly suffered minor injuries. The 25-year-old driver went to hospital with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. He was later arrested as part of the investigation. Five people in the SUV, who were all from Arkansas, U.S., went to hospital with what are believed to be minor injuries. Police said autopsies for the two deceased victims have been scheduled.
