This 51st season of W5 launches with an investigation into the surging number of Canadians agreeing to pay thousands of dollars more to be comfortable in their homes than they need to.
Across the country, people claiming to be 'energy inspectors' are showing up on doorsteps -- convincing unsuspecting Canadians they need to buy new furnaces or air conditioners.
