Dellen Millard, the man accused of killing Tim Bosma, has now been charged in the deaths of his father Wayne Millard and his friend Laura Babcock.

Millard, 28, is already facing a first-degree murder charge in the death of Bosma, 32. The Ancaster, Ont. man’s remains were discovered in May 2013, about a week after he left his home to go on a test drive in a pickup truck he advertised for sale online.

Police confirmed on Thursday afternoon that Millard was formally charged in his father's and Babcock deaths.

Babcock vanished in June 2012. The 23-year-old had been romantically linked to Millard.

According to phone records, police said she had contact with Millard on July 3, 2012. She was reported missing to Toronto police on July 14, 2012, investigators say.

Toronto police had searched a Cambridge, Ont.-area farm that belonged to Millard in connection with Bosma's death. The farm was later searched in connection with Babcock’s disappearance and the November 2012 death of Wayne Millard, who was thought to have died of suicide.

Mark Smich, 26, who was charged alongside Millard in Bosma's death, has also been charged with first-degree murder in Babcock's death.

Police announced Thursday that Christina Noudga, 21, of Toronto has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder in connection to Bosma's death.
