CHESTER, N.S. - Nova Scotia RCMP say three teens face charges following a string of vandalism incidents.

The incidents occurred between the communities of Hubbards and Chester during the overnight and early morning hours of Dec. 26 and 27.

Police say several windows were smashed and a number of businesses and properties were vandalized.

The Mounties say Christmas decorations at the Chester train station were vandalized and a tractor trailer that was parked at the Hubbards Mall also had its windows smashed out.

Three teens from Lunenburg County aged 16, 17 and 18, face numerous counts of mischief.

Police say they have been released and are to appear in a Bridgewater court Apr. 27.
