A sinkhole and a washout are the reasons behind a pair of separate highway closures in Manitoba. According to Manitoba 511, Highway 475 from Road 163 to Road 164 is closed because of a sinkhole. It notes this closure is located west of Foxwarren, Man. The province also reported a second highway closure – this one located southwest of Russell, Man. Highway 579, for five kilometres north of Highway 478, is closed due to a washout. Further updates on road closures are available online.
