Drivers are being warned upcoming road closures will impact traffic. At 9 a.m. on Thursday, construction workers will shut down all northbound lanes on Memorial Boulevard between St. Mary Avenue and Vaughan Street. The City of Winnipeg said two lanes will reopen by 3 p.m. Monday. Pembina Highway and Abinojii Mikanah Meantime, southbound traffic on Pembina Highway will go down to one late at the Abinojii Mikanah overpass starting at 10 p.m. Thursday until 1 a.m. Friday. An overhead sign is being installed, which the city said will require all southbound traffic to stop at one point in the night when it is being lifted. It said that full closure will last 10 minutes with flag persons on scene to direct traffic.
