A Winnipeg neighbourhood is stepping back in time for a new movie production. Vintage vehicles were spotted in the Norwood Flats area Thursday, where crews are filming the upcoming film “November 1963.” In addition to the period-appropriate vehicles, film crew members could be seen working on Thursday. The movie features Hollywood heavyweights John Travolta, Mandy Patinkin and Dermot Mulroney. The film focuses on the Mafia’s alleged involvement in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963. A release date has not been set.
