An annual run in Winnipeg will result in several road closures in a Winnipeg neighbourhood Sunday morning. The WFPS Run takes place Sunday, and several streets will be fully closed from 4 a.m. to noon. The city says Shaftesbury Boulevard between Corydon Avenue and Grant Avenue will be closed in both directions, and Roblin Boulevard between Shaftesbury and William R. Clement Parkway will also be closed in both directions. Eastbound Corydon Avenue between Shaftesbury and Lamont Boulevards is also among the closures. The city adds traffic will be reduced to one lane on many streets through Charleswood, St. James and Wolseley from 4 a.m. to noon. Drivers should expect delays and plan alternate routes Sunday if possible, the city said.
