7 arrested for obtaining sexual services: police

Seven men were arrested after a sweep focusing on known areas of prostitution.

Police say they arrested seven men on Friday for allegedly obtaining sexual services for consideration. The men ranged in age from 27 to 68. They were released on undertakings.

In a media release, police say several people working in the sex trade were offered community resources.

None of the charges have been tested in court.
